The $800,000 project consists of renovating 3 floors, approximately 4,700 GSF of space, at the Dairy Cattle Center for the Dairy Science Department.
The scope includes updating plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems. The women’s locker room in the basement will be renovated to serve as a women’s bathroom. The ground floor lobby will be remodeled as an educational outreach space. A women’s locker room and new showers will be created on the second floor. The existing second floor classroom will receive new flooring, a 6-ft stainless steel sink, and a countertop. The existing second floor bathroom and the men’s bathroom and locker room in the basement will be updated to meet ADA requirements.
This project was completed in July 2017.
