This is a pre-design study to evaluate and plan an addition to the Kohl Center consisting of approximately 40,000 GSF on three levels. The addition will house Sports Performance facilities, an expanded kitchen, Academic Leadership Center, Training Table Dinning, and administration suites for Men’s Hockey, and Men’s and Women’s Basketball.
Additional work within the existing arena will reconfigure of other existing facilities within the building as well as conceptual design started in the Athletics Master Plan.
