This project will undertake a program verification and predesign study for the replacement of the 150,587 ASF/ 249,579 GSF Gymnasium/Natatorium located at 2000 Observatory Drive on the UW-Madison campus.
The goal is to prepare a scope and budget for the project so it can be submitted for enumeration as part of the UW-Madison 2019-2021 capital budget request.
