There is a historical problem with flooding at the loading dock area, located on the north side of the Biochemistry complex. Flooding has occurred during heavy rainfall events since the addition was added in 1998, including twice in 2017.
This study examine how to permanently eliminate future water intrusion. The selected AE will perform a comprehensive site survey, a stormwater analysis and review any potential changes to the building.
